SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Please allow 5-7 business days from the receipt of payment, for your order to be processed and allow up to 1-3 business days following for your order to be shipped, excluding holidays.

  1. Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be prepared & on the 5th to 7th day to be delivered.
  2. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
  3. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.

PLEASE NOTE: Atlas does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. Atlas Collection is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. 

There are NO REFUNDS! Only EXCHANGE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

All International customers packages may require additional processing time. Intertwine Collection is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods. 

PLEASE NOTE: If any international purchases made at Atlas is returned to Atlas headquarters due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Atlas, customer satisfaction is at the top of our list. We ensure you get not only shopping convenience but also extraordinary experience. If you encountered problems with your purchased item, contact us immediately by sending us an e-mail to atlas@atlasie.com or inform us via Live Chat within 24 hours right after you receive your purchased item/s. To file for returns, simply indicate important information such as Purchase Order Number, valid reason for return, and contact details. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer representative will attend to you shortly after.

On Perishable Items:

We don’t accept return or provide refunds for perishable items. We make sure that all these items are in good quality and condition. In case you will encounter problems on these items, please email us or contact us through our customer support hotline within 24 hours for us to attend to it immediately.

On Non-Perishable Items

We give full refund for the items you wish to return provided the following requirements and conditions below must be present:

     • Items must be returned in its original and complete packaging and accessories.
     • For Gadgets or Electronic items (cellphones, tablets, laptops, software, video game consoles), kindly check the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines that come along with your device. However, you may report to us any damages or discrepancies from the original package that you have received. Shoes, clothing and related products must be unworn.
     • Proof of purchase  must be attached to the items /products to be returned.
     • Changes and tampering of products or items will not be accepted. 
     • Atlas shall only accept the return of items if damage is not a result of improper handling/use or product and/or owner’s negligence. 
     • Discrepancies or damage to product / items must be reported immediately within 24 hours from receipt of item/product. 
     • Defective non-electronic products must be returned to Atlas within seven (7) days from date of product or item’s receipt. 

Atlas will send you instructions on how to return the items once we get your notice via email or live chat.

Note: All returned items NOT accompanied by a paper copy of our “Return & Exchange Policy” signed by the recipient will  automatically be declined and sent back.
